Play-By-Play of the Harvard/MIT Emergency Alert System: Boston Manhunt

Context
Twelve (12) emergency messages were dispatched by the Harvard/MIT alert system between 11:33pm on 18 Apr and 9:07pm on 19 Apr.  What follows is a verbatim recap of these messages, which have not been edited in any way.  These messages were pulled directly from the phone of a Harvard student involved with RallyPoint.

Why This Matters
These messages underscore the important role that rapid information dissemination played in this joint operation -- one which involved federal, state, and municipal agencies collaborating in real time.
