PCS. Permanent Change of Station. We've all been there. On average, military service members and their families PCS every 2-3 years.
Those 3 words are thrilling for personnel stationed at unpopular (to use nice language) duty locations like South Korea.
But they're also scary for personnel in highly sought after places like Hawaii or Colorado, since they may be on their way to the said South Korea billet.
Oh, how military life can be sweet and bittersweet all at once. :)
