Multiple reports during last year had the DoD closing more than 25% of its chow halls during last year and in the coming 2014 calendar year. This is due to both budgetary uncertainties, and also low levels of utilization at certain facilities.
What are your thoughts on the chow halls at your installation now, or at installations where you used to serve? What are utilization levels where they are?
