It is very difficult to drill down to one overall important lesson that I have learned over the course of my ongoing career. Patience, to not make a
decision before you have all the facts.
Treat everyone with
dignity and respect.
Learn the importance of
priorities of work.
Complete every mission
to the best of your ability.

your Soldiers and their families.
